No offence, but this home is not my style; I'm not drawn to cast iron beds or furniture. However, I do appreciate when people find their own style and they stick to it so the outcome is somehow complete. It's almost as if these rooms are talking to each other. I like that. And I really like some of the china.
Love how these images and what's on it fit together. The first one is SO beautiful, would love to work that into my home one day..
ReplyDeleteI LOVE that first image!!!! That window is beautiful.. great find. xo
ReplyDeleteI cannot more agree, Lisa...!
ReplyDeleteThe whole rooms are connected to each other with a common style.
In earlier times I thought it`s boring to create rooms or a house in (almost) same colours, but nowadays I think different.
I think, the eye is always looking for perfection, no matter in what style.
Have a sun shiny day, Beate :)
Beautiful images! i also have kept them in a file to create a post.!..now i will wait for publish it. :-) i love your blog.
ReplyDeleteI like the use of neutral tones throughout the house and the feeling of light and space especially in the hallway. That window is gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteThank you ladies for your comments. That window was the first thing that caught my eye. I'd love a turret with French windows, I think that's gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteMaria, I know that feeling. Just go ahead and post it! It's fun to see how differently we blog about these things.
I absolutely ADORE the first space—so so pretty... I like bits of things within these spaces, especially the dishes on the shelves!
ReplyDeleteI agree, not my style either. But I adore the collection of white mugs and that knitted throw :)
ReplyDeleteOoow... I would happily walk around the house & stay there for quite some a while. Especially the bed I adore. Looks very inviting. All I would need than is someone to clean it for me and make my bed... Or is it than called a hotel? Haha. Love the post. Thanks for sharing.
